Returns and Exchanges
Unwashed and unworn merchandise may be returned to Evautti for exchange or refund within 30 days of the invoice date. Evautti requires valid identification of proof of purchase to process all returns and exchanges.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and price purchased for the merchandise. When original form of payment is unavailable a credit cheque will be issued.

Please provide the following information along with your return or exchange:
1. Invoice
2. Indicate Refund or Exchange
3. If exchange, indicate in writing what you would like.
4. Package your return or exchange. Package must be returned prepaid.
Credit Card Refunds
Evautti will only credit the credit card used for the original purchase of the merchandise.
